Keep the tools that earn their keep. Cut the rest.
We build on the stack you already have, and judge every tool by one question. Does it change who gets worked, or what they hear?
Two rules for every tool
Proven before it's locked in
Until a tool has proven itself on your data, we recommend the shortest term its vendor allows.
Your data has to come back out
A tool that takes your data in and never gives activity and outcomes back is a dead end for every agent and report. We'll tell you which ones do that.
Our stance by category
| Category | What we do with it |
|---|---|
| Sequencers | Keep the one you have. Feed it better accounts and approved drafts, and capture why sequences end. |
| Dialers | Phone coverage is often the gap. We test number coverage on your accounts and put call openers in front of reps. |
| Call recorders | Your calls are the best record of how your best people sell. Transcripts land in the warehouse for analysis and voice of the customer. |
| Marketing automation and website | Engagement lands next to CRM data, so a visit or a download counts as a signal you can test. |
| Data providers | No provider is best everywhere. We test them side by side on your accounts. |
| Signal and intent tools | A signal stays only if it holds on past deals and on accounts the analysis never saw. |
| Warehouses | BigQuery, Snowflake or Postgres, whichever you have, or we stand one up. Definitions matter more than the brand. |
| Workflow tools | Zapier, n8n and similar, for steps a play has already proved. |
| Coding and always-on agents | Codex, Cursor, Claude Code routines and other agent runtimes, set up for your power users and scheduled work. |
Two ways to treat a stack
- A new platform for each gap, each seeing one slice
- Data goes in and never comes back out
- Annual contracts signed before anything is proven
- Your current tools, joined in a warehouse you own
- A tool earns its place only if its data comes back out
- A new tool bought only when the play needs it
How any tool fits each step
- Step 011
Connect your data
Its activity and outcomes land in your warehouse through its API, an export, or a small connector we build.
- Step 022
Prioritize by revenue impact
We check whether its data explains wins and losses at the decision that costs the most. If it doesn't, the tool is a cost to manage and adds nothing to the analysis.
- Step 033
Ship into the tools your team uses
Agents and workflows put approved work into it, so your team keeps working where it already works.
- Step 044
Keep improving
A tool keeps its seat when the play it serves beats comparison accounts. We recommend cutting overlapping tools and unused AI seats.

A bootcamp starts from the stack you have. We find the costliest buyer decision, then use only the tools the play needs.
Before you book
Our tool isn't listed. Can you work with it?
If it has an API, usually yes. If not, agents can often work its interface directly, or we use an export.
Will you tell us to replace tools?
Only when a tool doesn't earn its seat against the comparison. Most of the work builds on what you have.
Do any of these vendors pay you?
Some vendors pay us for product advice. That work is kept apart from what we recommend, it never earns a vendor a place in your stack, and no vendor hears a client's name, data or results from us. How we handle vendor relationships.
