- GTM AI Bootcamp: GTM data warehouse, AI reporting and analysis, GTM strategy, custom signals and intent, skills and the AI workspace, only as far as the first play needs. - Implementation: agents, automated workflows, custom apps and MCPs and agentic tool implementation, for the play in production. - AI operating partnership: GTM project management, AI reporting and analysis, GTM strategy, AI telemetry (in progress) and AI self-improvement (in progress). - Managed Agents: agents, automated workflows and AI telemetry (in progress), run and checked by us every month.
Before you book
Why not hourly?
Hours reward activity. We'd rather be judged on whether the buyer decision moved, which is why part of the partnership fee can follow the number.
This costs more than an AI tool.
A tool gives you seats. We give you a working play in your own systems, read against a comparison, and you keep everything we build.
Is the $5,000 credited if we continue?
Yes. If you go on to Implementation after the bootcamp, the $5,000 is credited toward it.
Can we skip the bootcamp?
If you already know the decision and have the data in one place, we can scope Implementation directly. Most teams start with the bootcamp because it sets the baseline both sides are judged against.
Can we take the work in-house?
At any point. You own the data model, code, skills, prompts and repo, and we train the person on your team who'll run it.
What else will we pay for?
Tools are bought in your name where you want them. Enrichment credits and model usage we run for you are billed through at cost. We recommend tools on fit.
Who is this not for?
Teams that want meetings booked at volume and judged by the meeting, or that have nobody who owns the number. Every package runs our process, and each one needs an owner on your side.
