Your builds, tied to the number leadership cares about
You already build in Clay and Claude Code. We add the diagnosis before the build, a read of the lift after it, and senior capacity when the backlog outruns your headcount.
What you're after
Work that shows up in pipeline
Every build tied to a revenue target, so leadership sees your team as a growth lever.
A data layer you don't have to babysit
One place for GTM data, so you stop rebuilding enrichment and joins in every workflow.
More shipped, without burning out
Senior help on the hard parts for the weeks you're short.
Why you, if we already build?
The heart of go-to-market engineering was always turning enablement into code. Keep building. Asked what they're missing, the in-house teams we talk to name two things: someone who has seen the same problem at many other teams, and more hands for the backlog.
So we bring what's hard to hire for. Before the build, we line up won and stalled deals at the buyer decision that costs the most. After it, we read the build against a holdout fixed at launch, so you can show what it moved past the meeting. We've also seen the same builds go wrong elsewhere: lead scores that reward volume, signals that only look good on past deals, drafts nobody checks. When you're short, we pair in your repo and review code like a teammate.
Who does what
Plays are what your builds deliver to buyers. See how plays work.
| The work | Your team | We add |
|---|---|---|
| Building in Clay and Claude Code | Owns it | Pairing on the hard parts |
| Choosing what to build | Proposes it | The revenue-impact analysis and the hypothesis |
| The data layer | Builds on it | Definitions and one connector, on your warehouse or a new one |
| Measurement | Gets the credit | The holdout design and the read |
How we'd read the lift on one build
Illustrative. Companies, people and numbers are fictional.
play: new-vp-operations, peak-season readiness
eligible: tier 1–2 accounts, signal in the last 7 days
assignment: random 50/50 at signal time, same reps both sides, stored in the warehouse
leading metric: meetings per 100 accounts · 1.4 today, aiming for 3
deciding metric: meetings that became qualified opportunities within 45 days
sample: about 1,300 accounts a side to tell 1.4 from 3 with confidence
read: weekly · called when the gap clears chance, or at 8 weeks
not enough volume: we say so before launch and read the leading metric only
Your team can run the next one. We teach the read as well as the build.
How we get you there
- Step 011
Connect your data
Land your Clay tables, CRM, sequencer and call data in your warehouse, or one we stand up, with one connector every build reads.
- Step 022
Prioritize by revenue impact
Size each request by revenue impact with leadership. Write the hypothesis and the holdout first.
- Step 033
Ship into the tools your team uses
Build alongside your engineers in Clay, Claude Code and your tools, with every change reviewed in GitHub.
- Step 044
Keep improving
Read each build against its holdout. Keep, change or retire it.
Jobs we take on with GTM engineering teams
GTM AI Bootcamp
Start with a bootcamp. Within 4 weeks your engineers ship one build with us, on your data, with the holdout set before launch. Read-only access and two sessions a week, and we build alongside you. $5,000 for the first five teams, then $10,000, credited toward Implementation if you continue. Ongoing pairing runs as an AI operating partnership.
Before you book
Are you here to replace us?
No. We make your team look good. Your engineers own the code and get the credit; we bring priorities, data and capacity.
How do you back-test a signal with 40 closed-won deals?
Honestly, you can't. Forty wins can map where deals stall and which argument moved them. Back-tests on unseen accounts need more history, and we tell you when yours is too thin.
What if leadership won't fund more headcount?
That's often why teams call us. A build read against a holdout is the strongest case for headcount.
What access do you need in our stack?
Read access to start. Write access comes per workflow, once a play needs it. We'll walk your security team through access before kickoff.
Show leadership what your builds are worth
