What you're after

01

Work done without anyone asking

An agent notices the signal, does the research and drafts the next step before a rep would have got to it.

02

Output that sounds like your company

Built from your positioning, the play and your best rep's skills, in your company's voice.

03

Problems you can trace

Every agent action is logged. When something's off, you can see whether it was the research, the positioning or the message.

One agent run, start to finish

Illustrative. Companies, people and numbers are fictional. Dana, a Director of Fleet who championed Northwind at her last company, joins a 900-person distributor that fits Northwind's ICP.

A named person approves what a buyer sees

Approvals go where the risk is, not on every asset.

ReachWho approves what
One to oneThe rep approves the account argument and every first touch.
One to fewOne approval per cluster, plus a spot check of rendered drafts.
One to manyThe argument once, checks on every row, and failures wait for a person.
Always one by oneAnything in an executive's voice, a first touch to a tier-1 account, a new claim, and anything that spends money.

Why canned AI SDRs disappoint

A packaged AI SDR
  • A vendor's agent on a copy of your data
  • Sees only what its product touches
  • A black box when the output is wrong
An agent we build with you
  • Reads your whole business through one connector
  • Approvals where the risk is
  • Every action logged, every draft shown with its sources

Guardrails we build in

One agent, one objective

Tied to the play at your costliest buyer decision.

Read before write

Agents start with read access. They get write access to one workflow at a time, when a play calls for it.

Built on your skills

The same skills your people run, so people and agents follow one playbook.

A log in your warehouseIn progress

We're building a log that stores every read, draft and approval where you can query it and join it to results.

Where agents sit in the four steps

  1. Step 011

    Connect your data

Agents read your warehouse, signals and strategy through one connector, so they know what your best rep knows.

  2. Step 022

    Prioritize by revenue impact

Each agent gets one objective at the buyer decision where the most revenue is lost.

  3. Step 033

Ship into the tools your team uses

Drafts land in Slack, your CRM or your sequencer, waiting for the approval their reach calls for.

  4. Step 044

    Keep improving

The play is read against comparison accounts. We keep, change or retire the agent with it.

Where to start

Implementation

The first agents a play needs ship in the bootcamp. Implementation takes them to production, and Managed Agents keeps them delivering. The code is yours.

Before you book

How is this different from buying an AI SDR?

You own it, it runs on your data, and it argues from your positioning. Every action is logged, so you can see where a bad draft went wrong.

What stops an agent from emailing a tier-1 account on its own?

It isn't allowed to release that. A first touch to a tier-1 account is always approved one by one, by a named person.

What happens when better models come out?

You switch. The code and prompts are yours, and the model is one setting in your repo.

Our security team won't grant write access.

It doesn't need to at the start. We'll walk your security team through access before kickoff.

Where's your line stuck?
