For RevOps leaders

Stop being the bottleneck for every AI request

Clean data in one place you own, definitions every agent reads the same way, and coding agents that do the build work while you review.

What you're after

01

One version of the truth

Stages, pipeline and attribution defined once. Every dashboard and agent uses them.

02

Requests shipped in days

Coding agents do the configuration and build work, and you approve each change.

03

A seat at the revenue table

Your work tied to pipeline, with a backlog ranked by what each request is worth.

Why another tool won't clear your backlog

RevOps-first shops are right that definitions matter. They just make you wait a quarter for the AI.

The usual order
  • Audit, roadmap and CRM cleanup, then AI as the last layer
  • Definitions re-taught to every agent and dashboard
  • Changes made by hand in admin screens nobody can review or undo
Our order
  • Data from every tool in one warehouse you own, defined once
  • Changes made in GitHub by coding agents, each one reviewed and reversible

Why RevOps belongs on GitHub

Field logic, workflows, scripts and definitions are code. In GitHub every change is reviewed, documented and reversible, and coding agents do their best work there. You stop being the only person who knows how it all fits together.

What makes a play readable

Illustrative. Companies, people and numbers are fictional. Every revenue play reads the same definitions, so a result means the same thing to sales, finance and the board.

DefinitionWhat it meansWhere it lives
Qualified opportunityPassed the stage-2 exit criteria within 45 days of the meetingCRM stage history
Comparison accountMet the play's rules and didn't get the play, same weeksWarehouse, fixed at launch
Play resultQualified opportunities per 100 accounts, play against comparisonThe play report

The number a play is judged on

Meetings booked is the easiest number to move and the least useful. A play is judged on meeting held to qualified opportunity, play accounts against comparison accounts fixed at launch. If two dashboards define either stage differently, the read means nothing, so the definitions come first.

How we get you there

  1. Step 011

    Connect your data

Stream the CRM, sequencer, dialer, calls and marketing data into a warehouse you own. Write the definitions down once.

  2. Step 022

    Prioritize by revenue impact

Find where the funnel loses the most revenue, so the backlog is ranked by impact instead of by who asked loudest.

  3. Step 033

Ship into the tools your team uses

Build the fix with coding agents and push it into the CRM and your tools, each change through a pull request you approve.

  4. Step 044

    Keep improving

Run the comparison reads and data checks every week. Keep, change or retire, then pick the next fix.

Where to start

GTM AI Bootcamp

Start with a bootcamp. Within 4 weeks one play runs on definitions your team owns, built with you and read against comparison accounts. Week one needs read access and four people, not a data project, and we do the building. $5,000 for the first five teams, then $10,000, credited toward Implementation if you continue. Bigger data work runs as a 12-week implementation.

Before you book

Are you replacing RevOps?

No. We take the build work off your plate and leave the definitions, code and repo with you.

Who maintains it after you leave?

You do, and it's written so you can. Every build ends with a handoff and training. Managed Agents is there if you'd rather we run it.

We have our own GTM engineer.

Then the warehouse and definitions become theirs to build on. What we add for builders.

How do you get into our systems?

We'll walk your security team through access before kickoff.

Where's your line stuck?
