Show which programs make pipeline, and do more of them
We tie your spend to the opportunities it creates, find where buyers leave before they talk to sales, and ship what works into the tools your team uses.
What you're after
A budget you can defend
Every event, webinar, ad and post tied to the pipeline it created.
More visitors talking to sales
Buyers who already found you, answered when they decide whether to book.
Marketing and sales on the same accounts
Programs aimed at the accounts reps are working, instead of a separate list.
Lead volume up, conversion down? That's a quality problem.
More leads at the top won't fix it. We define a qualified lead from your own won deals and what those buyers did before they talked to sales. Then your team qualifies, nurtures and converts against that definition.
Why more AI content hasn't meant more pipeline
- AI writing tools: more drafts from a model that never read your won deals
- Attribution left to a dashboard nobody trusts
- Meeting factories: more volume, scored on meetings booked
- Start from the programs and pages that turn into opportunities
- Your positioning and your buyers' own words behind every piece
- Pipeline per dollar, read against a held-out split
One play we'd run for marketing
Illustrative. Companies, people and numbers are fictional. One revenue play on the pricing page of Northwind, which sells route-planning software to logistics companies.
| Part | What it looks like |
|---|---|
| Who → action | Operations leaders on the pricing page → book a demo |
| The moment | Visit → meeting → opportunity |
| Reach | 1:many |
| Agents read first | Session recordings and first calls of buyers who booked and who left |
| The argument | Peak-season readiness, the first thing buyers who signed asked about |
| Your team approves | The VP Marketing approves the argument once. Every version is checked, and failures wait for a person. |
| How it's read | Days: demos per 1,000 pricing visits. Weeks: opportunities from those demos. Both against visitors shown the current page. |
Why we count opportunities
A page that books more demos can still lose money if the extra demos are the wrong buyers. So a marketing play is decided on opportunities per 1,000 visits, against visitors shown the current page in the same weeks. Demos are the early signal.

- Step 011
Connect your data
Pull ads, events, webinars, web, social and CRM outcomes into one place you own, so spend and pipeline sit in the same table.
- Step 022
Prioritize by revenue impact
Find the page or stage where you lose the most pipeline. Compare who booked with who left.
- Step 033
Ship into the tools your team uses
Ship the play into your site, ads and email, and rebuild it with your team until it works.
- Step 044
Keep improving
Report pipeline by program every week and read the play against the held-out split. Keep, change or retire it.
GTM AI Bootcamp
Start with a bootcamp. Within 4 weeks one play is live on your site, built on your own data with your team and read against visitors who saw the current page. Your part is read-only access and two sessions a week. We do the building. $5,000 for the first five teams, then $10,000, credited toward Implementation if you continue.
Before you book
Will AI content hurt our brand?
Your team approves the argument, every version is checked, and failures wait for a person. Posts in an executive's voice are approved one at a time.
We already have an attribution model.
Keep it for reporting. Attribution splits credit after the fact. A held-out split tells you whether the play caused the change.
Our marketing ops team builds its own workflows.
Good, those stay theirs. We add where buyers leave and what moved. What we add for builders.
Do we need a data warehouse first?
No. Connecting your data is the first step of the bootcamp: analytics, the CRM and calls, and exports work too.
