Claude Code

Your team built a lot with Claude Code. Now make it move pipeline.

Many teams have scripts that work on one laptop while reps still copy and paste. We turn them into systems the whole team runs.

What you're after

01

Weeks, not quarters

Joining CRM, sequencer, dialer and call data used to be a quarter-long project. With a coding agent and a warehouse it takes weeks.

02

Work your team uses

Skills and agents that land in your reps' tools instead of sitting on one person's laptop.

03

No new dependency

Everything is code in your repository, and your team learns how to change it.

Illustrative: what lives in your GTM repo

One repo, reviewed like software, that every agent and every power user works from.

Why it matters which way you use it

How it usually goes
  • One technical person builds alone, on their own laptop
  • Scripts run by hand, when someone remembers
  • Nobody can tell whether it changed the number
How we use it with you
  • A shared repo your power users build in, with every change reviewed
  • Aimed at the buyer decision where the most revenue is lost
  • Each play read against accounts that didn't get it

Where Claude Code fits in each step

  1. Step 011

    Connect your data

Pull your CRM, sequencer, dialer and calls into a warehouse you own, and write the definitions down in the repo so every agent reads them the same way.

  2. Step 022

    Prioritize by revenue impact

Agents map what happened at one decision across every account that reached it, wins and losses side by side, and back-test signals on accounts the analysis never saw.

  3. Step 033

Ship into the tools your team uses

Your power users build the skills, apps, connectors and workflows the play needs. Where a tool has no API, agents work its interface.

  4. Step 044

    Keep improving

Every change is a reviewed commit you can roll back, and each play is read against comparison accounts over the same weeks.

What we don't use it for

Replacing your CRM or sequencer

Those stay your systems of record and execution.

Unreviewed changes

Anything an agent writes to your systems goes through approval first.

Code only we can run

We train your RevOps lead or GTM engineer to run and extend it.

Where to start

GTM AI Bootcamp

Builders start with a bootcamp, one play built in your repo with your power users. Implementation then takes it to production.

Before you book

We already build in Claude Code. What would you add?

Pairing on the hard parts, a ranked view of which build to aim at revenue first, and a comparison read so you can show what it moved. What we add for in-house builders.

Do we need engineers on staff?

No. You need one or two people who want to build. We set it up for them and train them to extend it.

Does it have to be Claude Code?

No. Skills, definitions and connectors are plain files in your repo, so they also work in Codex or Cursor. We start with what your builders already use. How we recommend tools.

Whose accounts does the work run in?

By default we build in your accounts: your warehouse, your CRM, your repo. Some work can run in ours when it's faster or you prefer it. We agree which at kickoff.
